Stanley Paker

Stanley Paker of Hyde Park passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on October 31, 2024 at the age of 90.  Beloved husband of Marlene L. (Bergquist) of 59 years.  Devoted father of Melinda Paker and her partner Don Enos of North Berwick, Maine and Steven Paker and his wife Tina of Acton, Maine.  Cherished brother of the late Helen, Lena, Sammy and Janet.  Loving "Jidoo" of Bradley, Cassidy and Lucas.   Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening from 4-7PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park and Friday morning from 10 to 10:45 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church at 11.  Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.  Relatives and friends invited.  Stanley was a very skilled carpenter and he was looking forward to seeing his wife again in heaven.  He dreamed of one day helping God build paradise with his own hard working hands.  Stanley was a proud US Navy veteran. The family would like to invite friends to the Holiday Inn in Dedham Thursday evening following the wake.  On Friday after the cemetery the family would like to invite friends to the The Chateau in Norwood to for lunch and sharing memories.
