Sr. Mary Margaret Lanovara

Sr. Mary Margaret Lanovara (aka Jenny Lanovara) of the Daughters of St. Paul in Jamaica Plain MA passed peacefully on April 6 surrounded by her religious sisters and her niece, Arlene Hocking. She was 87.  Originally from Rochester NY, cherished daughter of the late Dominic and Josephine Lanovara.  Loving sister of the late Charles, Frank, Santo, Theresa, Carmela and Mary.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Sr. M. Margaret was a beloved member of the Daughters of St. Paul religious community for 66 years. Services are reserved to community, family and close friends. Interment at the Daughters of St. Paul Mausoleum.  Donations in Sr. Margaret’s memory can be made to the Daughters of St. Paul, 50 Saint Paul’s Ave., Jamaica Plain MA 02130.
