Robert C. Olson Jr

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Charles Olson Jr into eternity.

Robert Charles Olson Jr born Aril 26, 1968 entered eternal life on March 21, 2025 after a long courageous battle with his health.  Bob had a Viking Spirit and a heart of gold.  Bob was a man of many talents, but will be most remembered for his unending devotion to his family and children.

Bob is pre-deceased by his loving parents Robert (BoBo, BPD) Charles Olson and Barbara Jean (McAuley) Olson.  Bob is survived by his three loving children: Charles Robert Olson; Joseph Patrick Olson; and his twin Ava Rose Olson; and their mother Christina M. Olson, all of Franklin.  Bob is also survived by his three loving sisters: Karen and her husband Mike Hurley of Wrentham; Judith and her husband Gene Sowell of Williston SC; Cindy and her husband Christopher Vrotsos of Quincy, as well as two brothers Jason and Jonathan Olson originally from Quincy, as well as by many loving family members and friends.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday April 5, 2025 from 2:00-4:00pm, at the family funeral home Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street Hyde Park, MA.  Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects.  Memorial Service and Interment will be private at the families’ request.  In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to MSPCA Angell Boston, where Bob rescued his beloved dogs.
