Michael J. Gallagher of Westwood, formerly of Needham, passed peacefully on March 15 at the age of 49.  Son of the late Thomas and Mary Jane Gallagher.  Cherished brother of Kevin T. Gallagher and his wife Jeannie of Westwood.  Loving Uncle of Madison Prescott of Charlton, Kevin Jr., Sean and Peyton all of Westwood.  Great Uncle of Clayton and Thomas of Charlton.  Also survived by many relatives and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30AM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood, MA at 11AM.  Relatives and friends invited.  Interment will be private.
