Marie Carline Renfort, affectionately known as Marie, was a beacon of love and faith to all who knew her. Born on December 12, 1967, in the vibrant heart of Haiti, Marie's journey through life was one marked by devotion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to her family. On February 20, 2025, Marie's earthly chapter came to a peaceful close in the same land where it began, surrounded by the love of her family and the grace of the God she so dearly believed in.

Marie's life was a testament to the power of love and the strength of the human spirit. She found her lifelong partner in William Morgan, and together they cultivated a family filled with warmth and purpose. As a proud mother to Jimmy Janvier, Girard C. Janvier, and John F. Wilcox, Marie instilled in her children the values of kindness, perseverance, and faith. Her joy multiplied as she embraced the role of grandmother to little Carlia E. Janvier, whose bright eyes and laughter brought endless delight to Marie's days.

A graduate of her local high school, Marie's educational journey laid the foundation for a life of service. She dedicated many years to the well-being of children as a bus monitor for the school system, ensuring the safety and care of countless young lives. Her work was not just a job, but a reflection of her deep-seated belief in nurturing the next generation.

Marie's life was rich with interests that spoke to her soul. She loved to go to church, a practice that was not merely a routine but a profound expression of her faith. Marie's belief in God was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her through life's trials and triumphs. She was a woman of formidable faith, a source of inspiration and comfort to those around her.

Family was the essence of Marie's world. She lived and fought with unrelenting determination to lift her loved ones out of poverty, always placing their needs before her own. Her sacrifices and unwavering support were the pillars upon which her family built their dreams and successes. Marie's legacy is one of selflessness and love, a legacy that will continue to guide and inspire her family for generations to come.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Marie would describe her as faith-filled, loving, and kind. Her presence was a gentle reminder of the goodness in the world, and her memory is a treasure that will be cherished by all who were touched by her grace. Marie's love knew no bounds, and she will be profoundly missed by all who had the honor of being part of her life.

As we bid farewell to Marie Carline Renfort, we hold tight to the memories that will forever keep her spirit alive in our hearts. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Though she has departed from our sight, the essence of who she was will continue to illuminate our paths.

We take comfort in knowing that Marie is now in God's keeping, even as we keep her in our hearts. Her life's journey may have concluded, but the love and light she brought into this world will endure. Rest in peace, dear Marie. Your memory will forever be with us.
