Jean M. (Consalvo) Clinton, a cherished beacon of warmth and love, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025, surrounded by her adoring family. Born on July 9, 1945, in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, Jean was a lifelong resident whose heart and home were always open to those she loved.

A proud graduate of Hyde Park High School in 1963, Jean embraced the noble calling of a homemaker, a role she cherished and in which she flourished. She married the love of her life, Thomas L. Clinton, in 1970. Together they built a life rich in love and laughter until his passing in 2023. As the beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Philomena (Consalvo) Cardoni, Jean was a testament to the values of family and community instilled in her from a young age.

Jean's legacy is lovingly carried on by her devoted children: Joanna Hamilton and her husband Daniel of Westwood, Brian Clinton and his wife Jessica of Westwood, Mark T. Clinton of Hyde Park, Andrea Kelly and her husband Charles of West Roxbury, Amy Boudreau and her husband Adam of Walpole, and Michael Clinton and his partner Kyle Cyr of Boston. Her love was ever-present in the lives of her cherished grandchildren, Brendan, Jake, Thomas, Grace, Eve, Jack, Charles, Will, Olivia, Evan, Anna, Ryan, and Beaux, who adored their "Nanny" for her boundless love and the joy she brought into their lives.

Jean's caring nature extended to her siblings, including her brother Robert Consalvo and his wife Diane of Hyde Park, her predeceased siblings, William Consalvo and his wife Mary, Robert Consalvo, and Vera Consalvo, and her predeceased in laws Mary (Clinton) and Joseph Tardiff. She also leaves behind a legacy woven through the hearts of numerous loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who were touched by her kindness, especially her best friend Joanne Techiera.

A true matriarch, Jean was the center of gravity for her family, hosting every holiday with gusto. Her love language was a home-cooked meal, and her bustling house was a testament to this. Jean's heart was happiest when filled with the noise and laughter of her loved ones. The Grove in Dennisport, MA, was her beachside haven, where she owned a cottage for over 45 years. There, she created a tapestry of summer memories with family and friends, cementing her role as a creator of joy and togetherness.

Jean's generosity of spirit extended beyond her family, touching the community through her involvement with the ladies from Most Precious Blood School and Church, affectionately known as The Gilly Girls. Alongside her friend Fuzzy, she spent many years running the kitchen at the Boston Police Academy, taking great pride in preparing and serving food for generations of BPD Recruits.

Her interests were as varied as they were heartwarming. Jean reveled in the simple pleasures of reading, watching Hallmark movies (especially ones with a Scottish lead), and listening to music, the melodies a constant backdrop to her daily life. Ever loving, kind, and gentle, Jean radiated positivity and grace, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.

In every act of kindness, meal shared, and melody heard, Jean's spirit will continue to resonate. Her profound impact on her family, friends, and the wider community is a reflection of a life well-lived, a life full of purpose and unending affection. Jean M. (Consalvo) Clinton will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will endure forever in the hearts of those she touched.
