COLBURN, Jason J. Of Hyde Park, passed on November 17th at the age of 37. Beloved husband of Melissa Colburn. Devoted son of Charles and Marlene Colburn. Loving father of Jason Colburn, Jr. Cherished brother of Charles A., Jr. and his wife Christine of Foxboro, Erik and his wife Victoria of Monaca, PA, and Jennifer Logan and her husband Brian of Hyde Park. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Visiting hours will be held Monday evening, November 26th, from 4 to 7 at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, with a Memorial Service starting at 6:45.
