James L. Eblan

James L. Eblan of Roslindale, passed peacefully on May 31, 2024 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 87.  Beloved husband of the late Flavia (Gallinetti) of 32 years.  Devoted father of Stacey Eblan of Roslindale, Michael Eblan of Roslindale, and Gary Eblan (Lt. Det. BPD) of Somerset.  Cherished brother of George Eblan of Pelham NH and the late Deanna Eblan.  Loving "Jido" of Reid, James, George, and Alexandra.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Tuesday evening from 4-7 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street Hyde Park.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:30 at Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Church 61 Rockwood Street Jamaica Plain.  Interment at Mt Benedict Cemetery West Roxbury, relatives and friends invited.  Please in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute www.dana-farber.org.
