Gisela Daysi Tejeda de Montolio

Visiting hours will be held Monday evening from 5-8 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street Hyde Park.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church Roslindale.  Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery, relatives and friends invited.

She was the cherished wife of the late Julio Cesar Montolio Ramirez, and together they built a legacy of warmth and connection. Her spirit continues to thrive through her loving children – Mayra Bello, Gina Montolio, and Edwin Montolio. While her son Julio C. Montolio predeceased her, she remained a pillar of strength for her family, leaving behind a lineage of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her children's spouses, all of whom were the pride and joy of her life. Her life was a melody of simple pleasures and profound commitments.

Gisela found immense joy in the togetherness of family gatherings, where laughter and stories were shared, and memories were made. She was the heart of every celebration, and her presence was like a warm embrace that enveloped her loved ones.A devout and faithful Catholic, Gisela's faith was the compass that guided her through life's storms. She dedicated countless hours to prayer, finding solace and strength in the Holy Rosary and the Holy Mass. Her spirituality was not just a practice but a way of life that inspired those around her to seek peace and comfort in their own faith.Organization was not just a skill for Gisela; it was an art form. Her home was a reflection of her meticulous nature, with every item having its place, creating an environment of harmony and order.
