Born to the Donato Sicilian immigrant home on Beaumont Street in Dorchester Massachusetts, Gennaro leaves behind his current wife, Brenda Presley, children; Little Gino, Paul, Mario, Michael (2020), Sarina, Deanna, Kristina, Shawna (daugher-in-law) Wendy (daughter-in-law through life partner), Michelle, grandchildren; Belial, Angelina, Nina, Marisa, Anthony, Little Mario, Kaelee, Sofia, Nikolai; and many friends and relatives.
He was fondly known as Dad, Pops, Papa Gino, Gino, Muzzy, or Marine and passed peacefully at his home in South Carolina on Nov. 9, 2024 at 3:33 in the afternoon.
Gino was a Marine through and through who always showed strength in the face of adversity, was never one to sensor himself, and said it like it was.
A member of many motorcycle clubs, his last affiliation was with the Marine Corps Motorcycle Club called the Jarheads. He served overseas during Vietnam and was a member of the Spartanburg Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9539.
