Elias Y Maroun

Elias Y. Maroun of Framingham, originally of Lebanon, passed peacefully on May 7 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 83.  Beloved husband of Nawal (El-Osta Kairuz) Maroun of 63 years.  Devoted father of Nina M. Kellley and her husband James of Norwood, Yolla Fogarty and her husband Bob of Sudbury, Fadia Brangwynne and her husband Jim of Mansfield, John Maroun and his wife Rynnette of Marlborough and George Maroun and his wife Luciana of Westwood.  Cherished brother of Chaiban Maroun and his wife Matilda, John Maroun and his wife Yuvonne, Abraham Maroun, Vincent Maroun and his late wife Andrea and the late Rose M. Bethoney and her surviving husband Thomas, Maroun Maroun and his late wife Sarah, Tony Maroun and his late wife Carla.  Loving "Jido" to Rachel, Ty, Amanda, Sam, Kristin, Alexandra, Erica, Elias, Anton, George Jr., Antonio, and Samara.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Thursday, May 16, evening from 4-7 at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 17, at 10AM at Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Church, 61 Rockwood Street, Jamaica Plain.  Interment at Mt.
