Diane P. Wood of Stoughton, formerly of Hyde Park passed away on May 29th at the age of 65. Daughter of the late Earl and Helen Wood. Cherished sister of Stephen Wood of Coos Bay, Oregon, Cheryl King and her husband Thomas of Lexington, Robert and his wife Suzanne Stinson of Williamstown, David and his girlfriend Alona of Manhattan, and the late Linda Wood of Hyde Park. Loving Aunt of Matthew, Eric, Oona, Derek, and Joseph. Also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Tyson who has been adopted by her cousin Karen.  Diane, who  was known as “Yen” to her family and close friends, graduated #1 in her class from St. Clare High School in Roslindale before earning an Accounting degree from Stonehill College. She worked as a tax accounting manager at the phone company for over 30 years before her retirement.

Visiting Hours will be held Thursday morning from 9-10:45 at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park, at 11. Relatives and friends invited. Interment at Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree.
