David Caban

David Caban of Hyde Park passed on May 5 at the age of 54.  Beloved husband of the late Maria (Cruz) Caban.  Son of Joanna (Angelson) Caban and the late Saul Caban and Carlos Caban Sr.  Devoted father of Crystal Cruz of Hyde Park and Michael D. Caban of Rhode Island.  Loving "Papa" of Nathan, Dodge, and Bailey.  Cherished brother of Carlos Caban Jr. and his wife Belkis of Hyde Park, Lucy Vazquez and her husband Dari of Stoughton, Wanda Caban-Leon and her husband Cruz of Attleboro.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in laws, and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening from 5-8 pm at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street Hyde Park.  A mass of christian burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10:00 am at Mission Church 1545 Tremont Street Roxbury.  Relatives and friends invited, internment will be private.  Please in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to St Judes Childrens Research Hospital www.stjude.org
