Conrad Wozniak

Conrad, "Ollie" Wozniak of Franklin, formerly of Hyde Park, passed peacefully on December 1st surrounded by his loving family at the age of 70.  Devoted father of Craig Wozniak (BPD) and his wife Julie of Boston, Christopher Wozniak and his wife Dr. Rachel of Rochester, NY, Chad Wozniak (BPD) and his wife Katie of Pembroke and Catherine Borne and her husband Paul of North Attleboro.  Brother of Paula Crocker and her husband David of New Hampshire.  Loving "DZIADZ" of Nathaniel, Nadia, Anthony, Kenneth, Asher and Caroline.  Visiting hours will be held Wednesday morning from 10-12 at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park.  Relatives and friends invited.  Interment at Fairview Cemetery.
