Christopher M. Rehm of Dedham formerly of South Boston and Hyde Park, passed unexpectedly on January 26 at the age of 50. Beloved son of Josephine Rehm-McGillicuddy and the late Harry Rehm Jr. (BPD) and the late J.Joseph McGillicuddy "Pop Pop". Devoted father of Taila-Jade Whitford of Quincy and her mom Tanya Sinclair, and Christopher Rehm of West Roxbury and his mom Carmen "Mimi" Cambara. Cherished brother of Scott Rehm of Cape Cod, Kelly Kelly of Holbrook, and Jodi Rehm of Florida. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends. Chris worked most of his life as a roofer and most recently as a successful personal trainer but his real passion was music. After he played international hockey he went on to expand his talents in a successful boy band called The Upbeat Boys which was his proudest success besides his children. Through the years, he continued to write and record music while helping others through his passion for fitness and training. Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening from 4-8 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street Hyde Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10:30 at Most Precious Blood Church Hyde Park. Interment at St Marys Cemetery Randolph.
